Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your starting point for a quick business snapshot. It helps admins and operators see current activity before drilling into Inbox, Leads, or Tickets.

Analytics cards
The top analytics cards act as entry points into focused views such as AI Insights, Lead Capture, and Ticket & Support reporting.
Treat them as shortcuts into operational analysis instead of just static summary blocks.
